There is a flag called "fix_cost_call", which allow, for each subscriber number, to change the charging performance. If this flag is checked for a subscriber's number, fixed cost will apply and the value in the surcharge field shall be as used as call cost.
2.5.2 Feature DescriptionIf the "fix_cost_call" flag is marked, then charging operation in a call will change in the following way: the cost of the call will be defined in the field Surcharge.
The logic of the call will be modified in the following way: when the subscriber has the flag checked in a call, the value of the customer credit balance will be compared with the value of the field Surcharge. If the credit is insufficient the call would not be allowed. If the credit is sufficient, an FCI operation will be sent to the SSP, with a Surcharge equal to 0. At the end of the call, if the call has been completed, the service will charge the customer, the amount of UTs defined in Surcharge. The Surcharge value may be 0-99999.
Hay un "flag" (marcador) llamado "fix_cost_call" (llamada de costo fijo), que permite hacer cambios a la forma en que se aplican los cargos para cada número de abonado. Si la opción de costo fijo está marcada para un número de abonado, se aplicará esta opción, y se tomará el valor en el campo "surcharge" como el costo de la llamada.
2.5.2. Descripción de la funciónSi la opción "fix_cost_call" está marcada, se modificará la forma de aplicar los cargos de la siguiente manera: el costo de la llamada será el definido en el campo "Surcharge".
La lógica de la llamada será modificada de la siguiente manera: cuando en una llamada, el abonado tiene el "flag" marcado, el valor del crédito actual del cliente será comparado con el valor del campo "Surcharge". Si el crédito es insuficiente, la llamada no será permitida. Si el crédito sí es suficiente, se enviará una operación FCI al SSP, con un Surcharge igual a 0. Al final de la llamada, de haber sido ésta completada, el servicio hará un cargo al cliente por el monto de UTs definidos en Surcharge. El valor de Surcharge puede ser entre 0-99999.
